Ingredients
3# French Green beans
8oz butter
3q water
2c almonds, sliced and toasted
4 oranges segmented
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a saute’ pan, cook butter until brown with nutty aroma
- strain through coffee filter to remove burnt butter solids
- wash beans, snip stem ends
- Bring water to boil, cook beans until tender 5. when ready, strain water, add braown butter and almonds
- season with salt and pepper. Garnish ith Orange segments.
