Ingredients

4 cups fresh cut green beans

2 teaspoons Dr. Fuhrman’s VegiZest

1/8 cup water

1 1/2 tablespoons cashew butter

1 teaspoon stoneground mustard, no salt added

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Steam green beans for 8 minutes or until crisp tender.

Mash the water and cashew butter together with a fork to thin, and then whisk in remaining ingredients and toss with steamed green beans.
