Ingredients

1 1/2 pound green beans or Chinese green beans

3 diced potatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large onion, diced

2 cups of Goya Mojo Criollo marinade

2 cups of Water

2 packs of kielbasa turkey links chopped

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (optional)

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

2 TBSP sugar

2 TBSP hot sauce

Ground black pepper

Preparation

Snap the stem ends of the green beans, or cut them off in a big bunch with a knife if you’d prefer.

add olive oil on medium-low heat. Add the meat and onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the beans and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add beans and bring to a boil and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add potatoes and bring to a boil and let simmer for 10minutes.
