Ingredients

2 lbs green beeans

Oilve Oil–4T

Garlic Sesemee Seeds–6 cloves

Red Pepper Flakes–To taste

Salt–1 t

Sugar–1t

Preparation

Blanch trimmed green beans for 4 minutes after brining water to a boil. Dry on paper towel.

Mix other ingredients and sautee until blended and disolved.

Add beans and saute until warm.

Beans can be done ahead of time.

Saute the last few minutes before serving.
