Ingredients

1 pound green beans, trimmed

1/4 cup (when ground) almonds

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large garlic clove

2 teaspoons kosher salt

Preparation

Blanch green beans in boiling water for about 4 minutes and drain. Rinse under cold water to stop cooking.

While beans are cooking use food processor to grind almonds, garlic, salt and olive oil to almost a paste. Saute over med-low heat until garlic and almonds are fragrant. Toss in green beans to warm through.
