Ingredients

8 oz green beans, trimmed and rinsed

3 tablespoons premium olive oil

2 teaspons dijon mustard

2 teaspons white wine vinegar

1 shallot, minced

Preparation

Steam grean beans for 3 minutes or microwave for 3-4 minutes covered.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Toss grean beans with dressing.
