Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/2 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (or other flavor)
1 can green enchilada sauce
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
1 small can green chillis or freshly roasted!
Whole wheat flour tortillas
8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Saute onions and then add diced chicken and cook till done.
Add soup, green chillis, sour cream and enchilada sauce.
Fill tortillas with chicken/sauce mixture and put in an 8x8 greased pan.
Any extra sauce can be put over the top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until bubbly!
