Ingredients

6 corn tortillas

Cornstarch

1.5 Cups green chile

1/2 Cup Grated cheddar or longhorn

Chopped tomato, lettuce, onion

Preparation

fry torts in hot oil till soft and drain on paper towel.

Warm green chile and thicken w/ cornstarch as needed.

Pour green chile into tortillas and roll up and place in a baking dish.

Cover dish with cheese and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till cheese melts
