Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped

2 tblsp. vegetable oil

2-3 cups no-chicken broth

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon rice flour

1 small tomato, blanched peeled and chopped

1 cup chopped green chiles, roasted and peeled

Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in the flour and blend well. Simmer for a couple minutes to cook the flour. Slowly add broth and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
