Ingredients
1 prefab pie crust
bake pie crust for 9 minutes at 400*
reduce heat to 375*
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
Preparation
Sauté the onion in the butter until it is transparent Thoroughly beat the eggs, milk and seasonings. Add onions, chilies and cheese Pour it all into the pie crust and bake at 375* for 30 minutes or until a knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
