Ingredients

1 prefab pie crust

• bake pie crust for 9 minutes at 400*

• reduce heat to 375*

1 small onion, chopped

2 Tablespoons butter

3 eggs

1 ½ cups milk

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup grated cheese

1 can chopped green chilies

Preparation

• Sauté the onion in the butter until it is transparent • Thoroughly beat the eggs, milk and seasonings. • Add onions, chilies and cheese • Pour it all into the pie crust and bake at 375* for 30 minutes or until a knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
