Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 large chopped onion

1 head minced garlic

6 tablespoons corn starch

32 ounces chicken broth

2 green chilies diced

1-2 jalapenos finely diced

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Cook ground pork in the pot with the onion and garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients).
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water.
  3. Add this and remaining ingredients to pot.
  4. Cook on low heat or in a crock pot for 2 hours.
