Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

1 stalk of celery thinly diced

1/2 yellow onion diced

1 cup frozen peas

1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

1 clove minced garlic

1 tsp allspice

2 tsp black pepper

dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

1 package gnocchi

1 jar of Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce

1/2 package sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, and garlic until soft.

Add allspice, pepper and cayenne pepper mix and let cook for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, Boil water and prepare gnocchi to package directions Stir in alfredo sauce, peas and mushrooms. Heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Stir in prepared gnocchi, parsley and parmesan.

Serve immediately
