Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 T chopped basil
1 T chopped parsley
2 t chopped tarragon
1 t chopped garlic
3 T lemon juice
1 t salt
ground black pepper
1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
In a food processor with metal blade, combine all but the olive oil and process until very smooth. With motor running, add olive oil and enough cold water to make it pourable, about 3/4 C. Refrigerate
