Ingredients

2 cups chopped celery (4 stalks) 

1 lemon, peeled, halved, and seeded 

1 cup halved green grapes 

1 chopped Persian (mini) cucumber 

Pinch of sea salt 

Preparation

Blend celery, lemon, grapes, cucumber, and sea salt with 1 cup cold water until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve; refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve chilled.
