Ingredients
1 pound elbow noodles, cooked
4 stalks celery chopped
1/2 large green bell peppers diced
6 gherkin pickles chopped (no relish its to fine)
2 hard boiled eggs run through egg slicer twice (cubes)
1-1/2 cup hellmans light mayonnaise
freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve.
