Ingredients

2 big green mangoes, skin and thinly slices

300g Beef jerky or 2 bag(8oz) jerky

2 or 5 Thai red chili

1 cup Mint leaves

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp sugar

Preparation

  • After thinly slicing the mangoes cut into strings.
  • Discard chili seeds, cut the chili into strings.
  • Mix mango strings, chili, beef jerky in a large plate, top with green mint, set aside.
  • Serve mango salad with Sauce (mix fish sauce with sugar)
