Ingredients

1 lb grated green papaya

5 cloves chopped garlic

3-5 thai bird chilies

2 medium tomatoes

1/4 lb green beans

1/4 lb peanuts

1/4-1/2 c fish sauce

1-2 T palm sugar

2 limes, quartered

Preparation

Put garlic, chilies and peanuts in mortar and pound together. Add fish sauce, palm sugar and limes and pound until palm sugar separates. Add papaya and pound together until mixed well.
