Ingredients

6 Green Peppers

2 Rolls Ritz’s crackers

1 lb. velveta cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 stick of butter or margarine

Preparation

Cut peppers in strips and put in 3 quart pan to boil until crispy tender, drain. Crumple crackers to small pieces, not mashed. Butter or vegetable spray a 9" x 12" glass dish. Line the bottom of dish with cracker crumbs, next add a layer of peppers, cheese and spot with the butter or margarine. Repeat, ending with crackers on top. Pour milk into corner of dish to distribute throught dish. Make in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
