Ingredients

3 Tablespoons olive oil

1 small Onion chopped

3 bunches of Turnip Greens chopped

(actual any greenswill work-Cut the stems out of each leaf)

2 32 oz chicken stock

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil. cook the chopped onion until transparent. Pour in all the chicken stock. Turn eye off and let season while chopping greens. Put the Greens in the pot and bring to a boil. They will cook down into the broth. Cook on simmer about and hour or to your liking.
