2-3 pounds jumbo shrimp and /or sea scallops 1/4 cup tandori powder 1/2 cup cream of coconut 1/4 cup oil

mix curry powder cream of coconut and oil shell and devein shrimp marinate shellfish in curry mixture at least 20 min (can be done night before) grill over med-high heat until shrimp is uniformly pink (approx 5 min)
