Ingredients

1 whole fresh salmon

1 cup gin

4 kiwi’s peeled

1 fresh pineapple

1 head lettece

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/2 cup chedder cheese

1/2 cup parmashan cheese

Preparation

Marinate fresh salmon in gin and kiwi that has been blended ahead of time overnite.

Keep salmon moist with marinate every five minutes.

Service with grilled fresh pineapple on lettece with a mixture of feta, chedder, and parmashan on top.
