Ingredients

1 1/2 lb salmon

1 lb pasta

peanut oil

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 clove garlig crushed

1 tlb spoon ginger

veggies for stir fry

1 8 oz bottle of favorite stir fry sauce.

Preparation

combine olive oil, soy sauce ginger, and garlic mix well. place over four equal piaces of salmon. maranate for 1 hr. cut and wash veggies dry throughly boil pasta, stir fry veggies in peanutoil, when pasta is done combine veggies stir fry sauce and pasta mix well. grill salomon to desired wellness. serve over pasta.
