Ingredients
2 squash small dice or long wise
2 carrots same size
2 chayote same size
2 yellow squash same size
liquid smoke
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
dash of vinager
salt
pepper
150 grms of fresh cheese
Preparation
cut your vegetables and mark your vegetables on the grill just 2 minutes before done add a dash of liquid smoke or you can marinade them for 15 minutes in liquid somke before grill.
clean and cut the lettuce to make it easy to eat.
cut your cheese in little cubes or the same size of your vegetables
the cilantro vinagrete is as easy at it is, in the blender put the cilantro, start adding your olive oil until wanted consistency, add salt and pepper if you want a little of mustard can give a good flavor, but just a little.
to asamble: in a plate put your lettuce on top put the vegetables and the cheese, add cilantro vinaigrete. for decoration you can use a baby corn cut in in half and chives. as easy at it is!
