Ingredients

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup lime juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice

salt and pepper (to taste)

4 6 to 8 oz Yellow Fin(Ahi) Tuna Steaks

Half a Pineapple (cored)

2 fresh jalapenos (seeded and chopped)

1/2 a red onion (chopped)

2 tbs lime juice

pinch of cayenne

pinch of cumin

pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients for the salsa and mix well, then refrigerate. Can be made 1 day ahead. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, pineapple juice, salt, and pepper and marinate tuna for 30 min to and hour. Heat grill to 350 degrees, then coat the tuna steak in oil. Grill for about 3 to 4 mins on each side. Should be med to med rare. Top with salsa and serve with choice of sides.
