Ingredients
Fresh Artichokes
Olive oil
Dried mixed herbs such as Italian blend
Kosher salt
Preparation
Steam halved artichokes til almost done. Scoop out choke. Pour Olive oil liberally over hot artichokes and immediately sprinkle heavily with herbs. Srinkle on salt to taste. Cover and let sit for 15-30 min. Grill til done, turning occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
