Ingredients
2 lb salmon fillet, cut into 4 servings
1/4 cup tamari sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
juice of one lemon
3 T chopped fresh ginger
3 T chopped fresh garlic
1 T grated lemon zest
cooking spray
Preparation
Place salmon and tamari through lemon zest in a ziploc bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Remove salmon from marinade (save marinade) and grill until salmon is cooked through.(approximately 12 minutes)
While salmon is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and simmer at a medium meat until reduced by half.
Serving salmon with marinade reduction drizzled over the top.
