Ingredients

2 avocados, ripe but not too soft

1 tablesoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Mix olive oil and lemon juice. Cut avocados in half, remove pit. Bush each avocado half with the olive oil mixture. Any extra mixture put in a flat dish and place avocado halves cut side down in dish. Before grilling sprinkle with pepper. Oil the grill and place the avocados on grill cut side down. Grill over medium hear for approximately two minutes until there are grill marks on the avocado. Serve and enjoy!
