1lb can sour kraut

1 rack baby back ribs

BBQ Sauce

Preparation

place ribs in roasting pan, add the sour kraut on top of the ribs and spread out. Make sure the juice of the kraut goes in the pan as well. Cover with tin foil and bake at 250 for about 4 hours. Take the ribs out of pan and scrape all the kraut off the ribs and reserve. Coat ribs with BBQ sauce and grill about 5 mins per side. Serve with sour kraut on the side.
