Ingredients

2 T butter divided

4 bananas

3/4 c brown sugar

3 T water

1/2 c cream

1/2 tsp coarse salt

ice cream or angel food cake

Preparation

Pam grill rack. Heat grill brush 1 T melted butter over bananas place on rack and grill 1-2 mins cut into 1 inch thick slices Make caramel sauce: combine sugar, 1 T butter in saucepan about 2 mins. stir in cream and cook til amber color and coats a spoon about 10 mins Stir in sea salt place on ice cream or cake
