Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

2 Idaho potatoes

Your favorite Barbeque sauce

Steak or hamburger seasoning

Preparation

Heat the grill to medium-high

Slice potatoes into circles, then the circles into quarters. Put the potatoes in a bowl with a lid. Melt 1 tbsp of butter and put in with the potatoes and shake. Add barbecue sauce into the bowl so the potatoes are lightly coated after a good shake.

Place the potatoes in tin foil, then put the packaged potatoes on the grill. Open up the foil every 4-5 min and mix around. Repeat for approximately 20 minutes or until they are soft.
