Ingredients

6 Frozen dinner roll dough (thawed and rolled into a 6 inch diameter circle)

1 1/2 cups of hickory flavored BBQ Sauce.

1 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken (preferable cooked on the grill)

1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded

1 red onion sliced thin

olive oil

Preparation

Preheat grill, medium heat. Brush both sides of dough with olive oil. Place flattened dough directly on grill grates. Cook only one side of dough until lightly brown, this can happen fast. Remove from grill. Reduce heat to low and indirect. Place dough cooked side up on prep surface. Add ¼ cup of BBQ Sauce, Chicken, and cheese. Add onion slices to individual taste. Place pizzas back on the grill. Cover grill and let cook until cheese has melted approximately 6 minutes.
