Ingredients
Your favorite quality tortilla chips. Black beans
cooked corn
shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses
green onions
fresh tomatoes
cilantro
sliced black olives
cubed avocados
sliced jalapenos
and sour cream
Preparation
Set up buffet style by placing each item in its own dish. Shred cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Put each cheese into its own dish. Slice green onions. Chop tomatoes. Chop fresh cilantro. Cube avocado. Put black beans into a serving bowl. Place cooked corn into its serving bowl. Put out sliced jalapenos, and place sour cream on table. Have each guest get a 12-inch piece of aluminum foil. Spray sheet with PAM. Have each guest stop at each station for their fixings. Start with the chips. After each guest fills their foil, have them fold up the sides and seal each end to make a pouch. Place on grill for about 10-15 minutes. Open pouch during cooking to see if the cheese is melted to perfection. Have you’re guest add the avocado and sour cream after grilling
