Ingredients
3 heads of baby bok choy, halved, or 1 head of large bok choy, quartered
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Prepare the grill. Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, sesame oil, and green onion. Rub the cut bok choy with canola oil and place cut side down on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for several minutes on each side, depending on the heat of the grill. Dress with soy dressing.
