Ingredients
2 Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks
1 bottle Bud Select 55
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix together in a bowl the beer, garlic, mustard, vinegar, olive oil, lemon zest and cilantro.
Place the steaks in a shallow container, then pour the mixture over them. Make sure the steaks are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for about 6-8 hours. Prepare your B.B.Q. Grill with a medium heat.
Remove steaks from container and retain the marinade. Season the steaks with kosher salt and pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Baste each side with remaining marinade as they cook.
