Ingredients
Catfish fillets, about 4
1 box of cornbread stuffing mix
1 bottle of 1,000 island dressing–you can use lite dressing
Preparation
Rinse and pat dry catfish fillets. Set aside. Mix stuffing mix according to package using microwave directions. When stuffing is ready, make a mound of it inside a Reynolds Hot Bag. Lay fish fillets on top of stuffing. Pour dressing over the fish fillets. Roll ends and fold edges to seal. Put on direct heat of grill for about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
