Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

6 large cloves of garlic

1/4 C olive oil

kosher salt

fresh ground pepper

1 lime

Preparation

Prepare cauliflower and chop into a large dice.

Coarsely chop garlic.

Toss both with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Heat a grill a basket until very hot. Add cauliflower garlic mix and grill until brown and fork tender, tossing occasionally.

Remove to a platter and squeeze lime juice over all.
