Ingredients
-2 pieces of your favorite 100% whole wheat bread
-2 pieces of Tofutti mozzarella (comes in single slices)
-Garlic salt
-About ¼ cup of baby spinach
-Earth Balance soy butter
Preparation
-Butter one side of each slice of bread -Layer: bread, cheese slice, spinach, cheese slice, bread (butter sides up). I grind some garlic salt on the spinach in between the layers for some extra flavor! -Cook in pan over medium low heat until sides are brown. It also helps to cover the pan with a lid so make sure the cheese melts as the sides get brown
