Ingredients

Package of boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into fat strips

Skewers soaked in water

3 T oil

2 T barbecue sauce

1 ¼ c plain bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix Barbecue sauce and oil together in a bowl. Add chicken an mix it coating it with the sauce.
  2. Thread chicken onto skewer and dredge in bread crumbs.
  3. Pre-heat grill Med-High heat.
  4. Just before putting chicken on grill give a quick shot of pam on both sides.
  5. Grill 2-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with barbecue sauce to dip chicken in.
