Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Chicken breasts skinless boneless

6 garlic coves crushed

1 tsp salt(less is optional)

1/4 tsp 7 spice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 TBLSP ketchup

1 TBLSP tomatoe paste

2/3 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed

2/3 cup canola oil

Glass Bowl

10 8-inch lengths Metal skewers or 8 12-inch metal skewers

Gas Grill pan

Preparation

Wash chicken breasts with lemon and running cold water,salt. Cut the chicken into small cubes about 1-inches thick. Put in a glass bowl and add the ingredients. Marinate for 2 hrs. This can also be marinated for next day. Before cooking:Wash chicken with lemon & salt in cold running water. Cooking:Thread the chicken into the skewers Prepare a gas grill on med-high heat and when hot,Cook in batches and cover with lid. Turn occasionally and total time about 9 mins.

Remove when cooked and place in a plate covered with aluminum foil. Let stand a few minutes. Enjoy! Accompanied with fries or salad. Garlic Aioli
