3 ounces Grilled Chicken Breast

3 cups Mixed Dark Greens

½ Apple

1 Tbsp Pecans, chopped

1 Cucumber

1 Tsp Olive Oil

1 Whole grain English muffin or whole wheat toast

Preparation

  1. Pile mixed greens on a large salad plate.
  2. Top with chicken breast, chopped apple, chopped pecans, and sliced cucumber.
  3. Dress salad with fresh lemon juice.
