Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

3/4 cup light soy sauce

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup sesame seed oil

1/2 cup white wine (Pinot Grigio works well)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning salt

Favorite Salad mix (Fresh mixed baby greens with celantro is a great choice for this recipe).

Preparation

Mix soy, oils, wine, garlic and seasoning in medium mixing bowl. Add chicken and let stand for 10 minutes.

Grill over high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and no longer pink.

Slice and put on bed of your favorite salad mix. Top with dressing of your choice.
