Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 1 lb

Montreal steak seasoning

your favorite Barbque sauce

Preparation

Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs sprinkle with Montreal Steak seasoning. Place thighs on a heated grill and cook for 3 minutes per side. Brush the barbque sauce on the thighs and cook for an additional minute of cooking to lessen the chance of burning. Make sure the internal temperature is 180 degrees before serving.
