Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts( preferably with bones, you can use them for making chicken broth afterwards)

2 Tomatoes

A Loaf of Wholewheat Bread

2 Tbsp of dried Basil

2 Tbsp of Oregeano

2 Tbsp of Capers

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken however long you want.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 25 minutes(with bones) or 12 minutes until the chicken is not pink anymore.
  3. While the chicken is cooking chop and dice your tomatoes saute them in a little bit of olive oil add the capers keep warm on stove top until chicken is ready.
  4. When the chicken is ready place on two warm plates and spread the tomatoes on the chicken and put a slice of bread or slices and eat happily.
