Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts( preferably with bones, you can use them for making chicken broth afterwards)
2 Tomatoes
A Loaf of Wholewheat Bread
2 Tbsp of dried Basil
2 Tbsp of Oregeano
2 Tbsp of Capers
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken however long you want.
- Grill the chicken for about 25 minutes(with bones) or 12 minutes until the chicken is not pink anymore.
- While the chicken is cooking chop and dice your tomatoes saute them in a little bit of olive oil add the capers keep warm on stove top until chicken is ready.
- When the chicken is ready place on two warm plates and spread the tomatoes on the chicken and put a slice of bread or slices and eat happily.
