Ingredients

2 lbs. skinless/boneless chicken pieces (I prefer thighs).

marinade:

1 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup grated fresh ginger root

3-4 cloves of fresh garlic

1 teasp. salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients for marinade; add chicken pieces; marinate in refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours; grill over charcoal.
