Ingredients

2 pounds boneless chicken breast - butterfly and remove tenders

½ cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic - smashed

Lemons - 2 if they’re big 4 if they’re small

4 sprigs of rosemary about 2-3 inches long

Cracked black pepper

Big zip lock bag.

Preparation

Pepper both sides of each chicken breast; add to the bag with oil and garlic. Strip the rosemary from the stems and rub into the bag. Squeeze in lemon halves or quarters into the bag and let sit for an hour or so.

Grill chicken and lemons. Squeeze lemons over the chicken as it grills.
