Ingredients

2 dozen little neck clams, washed (throw away any opened ones)

1 stick of butter

Minced garlic

White wine

Red pepper flakes

Salt, pepper, minced parsley

Preparation

Put clams directly on grill or in grill safe container In pan melt butter with garlic, wine and pepper flakes. Remove clams when they are opened. Put in bowl and cover with butter mixture Add sale, pepper, minced parsley and serve.
