Ingredients
8 ears of fresh sweet corn, ends of husks trimmed and silk removed
1 1/2 cups Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 teaspoon (or to taste) cayenne pepper
3/4 pound feta cheese
2-3 limes
Preparation
grill corn in husks for about 10 minutes or until husks start to brown. Peel back the husks, but do not remove. Combine Hellmann’s mayonnaise with cayenne pepper and brush on each ear of corn. Put corn back on heat and grill until bubbly and brown. Take off grill and roll in crumbled feta cheese. Squeeze on fresh lime juice. Eat while hot. Absolutely delicious—
