Ingredients
2 cans of sliced mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash
1 can of low sodium chicken broth
6 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of Frank’s Red Hot
2 lbs. of Red Snapper filets
1 box of bowtie pasta
Preparation
Preheat grill on Direct High - add non-stick tin foil and Pam cooking spray
Sautee mushrooms, garlic, olive oil and Mrs. Dash in large skillet
Add chicken broth, flour and Red Hot and heat to a modest boil
Place lid on skillet and simmer on low
Grill fish on Direct High for 12 minutes (6 minutes per side)
Slice fish filets into bite sizes and add to sauce - continue to simmer on low
Boil bowtie pasta for 11 minutes - wash and drain with collander
Serve fish over pasta and enjoy!
