Ingredients
1/4 C lime juice
3 T soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp veg. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cilantro chpd
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb redfish fillets
fresh salsa
black olives
avacado slices
Preparation
Combine lime juice, soy sauce, oil, cilantro, tabasco, and garlic. Brush generously over fish before and during grilling over med hot coals until fish is done. Garnish with salsa, olives and avacado slices.
