Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded 4 cheese mixture, pre-packaged
1 stick butter, softened
1 tablespoon grated Italian cheese1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 loaf good Italian Cibatta bread
Heavy duty tin foil
Preparation
In a bowl mix together all ingredients except bread. Slice bread into ¾" slices cut on an angle; do not cut through the loaf completely. You must leave the slices attached to the loaf. Spread cheese mixture evenly between bread slices. Wrap bread in tin foil sealing tops and sides. Place on grill but not directly over the fire. Grill for approximately 15-20 minutes turning over after about 10 minutes.
